Lane is a Top Producer at Henry S. Miller Brokerage, a D CEO Power Broker and a member of the Henry S. Miller Chairman’s Council. Lane works with developers, institutions and high net worth clients on the acquisition and disposition of all real estate classes, with a focus on high density redevelopment opportunities, multi-family, land and bank REO assets. Lane has specialized in the Urban Infill submarkets of the City of Dallas during his tenure at HSM over the past nine years and has consistently placed as a monthly and yearly Top Producer for the entire company.
Prior to joining Miller, Lane was a partner in PZA Partners and helped grow the organization into one of the largest CiCis Pizza franchises in the country. Daily responsibilities included all P&L line items including, but not limited to, operations for 14 restaurants, hiring management, site selection, lease negotiation, supervising a team of over 250 members and new restaurant expansion. After winning the Turn-Around Operator of the Year Award and selling all the restaurants in 2005, Lane started developing Townhome Communities and Single Family homes with his brother and father in the Uptown areas of Dallas for Great Southwestern Homes. In 2007 while raising capital for a new multi-family development along Dallas’s Katy Trail in Uptown, Lane met the principals of Henry S. Miller and a new career was born when he jumped into commercial brokerage upon seeing an opportunity to catch a real estate correction on the upswing when the markets seized during the Great Recession.
