Frank Cole is a Vice President in the Investment/Land Division of Henry S. Miller Brokerage. His career has included working as a real estate lender, developer and consultant. Consultancy clients have been real estate developers, lenders and government agencies including the FSLIC, FADA, RTC and the FDIC. He is also a member of the Texas Alliance of Land Brokers.
Prior to joining Henry S. Miller, Frank worked as an independent commercial real estate broker, contracted with a number of companies. His assignments included serving as the sole broker for a one million square-foot office and industrial company with 21 buildings on 17 campuses that had nine multi-tenant buildings. He also served as chief operating officer at Twenty Twenty Properties, Inc., where he oversaw all management and leasing for a million square-foot portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties. Frank was also president of Newmarket Management, which included midrise office, retail, multifamily and self-storage properties.
Education and Personal Information
Frank studied geology at the University of Texas in Austin and earned an MBA at Southern Methodist University. He is a past Scoutmaster for Boy Scouts of America, and is still active with the troop in which two of his grandsons belong.
