±2.79 ac Pad Site Sold at Miller’s Teel Crossing

DALLAS, TX – – Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Daniel Harris, SVP and President, Vaughn Miller of the Dallas-Fort Worth Retail Division recently completed the disposition of a ±2.79 acre pad site at the Teel Crossing Mixed Use Project located in the thriving city of Frisco, Texas; the neighborhood retail center occupies both the northwest and northeast corners of Main Street (FM 723) and Teel Parkway. The 2.79-acre pad site sits adjacent to Kids R Kids daycare center, a brand new Braum’s and a new Chicken Express in the northwest quadrant of Main and Teel. The property was purchased by an investor out of Noblesville, Indiana, Yeager of Frisco, LLC, for the development of a brand new 35,000 square foot, 2-story office-suite building. The investor, who was represented by Mike Barr of Barr Companies, plans to start development this year with an anticipated finish date of October, 2013. Daniel Harris and Vaughn Miller handled all the sale negotiations for the seller, Teel Crossing, Ltd. Teel Crossing is a 27-acre mixed use development project located on the northeast and northwest corners of Main Street (FM 720) and Teel Parkway in Frisco, Texas. Teel Crossing I, located on the northeast corner offers 98,000 square feet of existing and planned retail development including available anchor space and remaining pad sites opportunities. Teel Crossing II, on the northwest corner, is a mixed use pad development, composed of restaurants, office, daycare, pharmacy and banks, with potential in-line retail in the works.
