DALLAS – – HSM Crossing, LLC, an affiliate of the Henry S Miller Companies, has purchased “The Crossing” located at the NWC of Grapevine Highway & Precinct Line in North Richland Hills, Texas. The approximately 188,000 SF retail center is anchored by Kohl’s and shadow-anchored by a Kroger Signature. The center sits on ±20 acres and is currently 89% occupied. Tenants include McAlister’s Deli, Unleashed by Petco, Red Hot & Blue, First Choice ER, and several others.
HSM executed the transaction with their new international capital partner and also secured a 5 year, non-recourse fixed rate loan with L Star Capital Finance, Inc. “We have been in the market for a quality center and The Crossing met all our criteria. This is a well-constructed property in an excellent location and we look forward to leasing up the remaining vacant spaces” says Darrell Hurmis, EVP and Principal of the Investments/Land Division of Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC and who represented HSM on the purchase.
“We have sold off several properties in the last couple of years and it’s great to be back in an acquisition mode again. We are still in the market for additional opportunities” says Greg Miller, President and CEO of Henry S. Miller Companies.
