Bill has been with working with the Miller organization for over 4 years. With 20 plus years as a new car dealership operator and owner, Bill offers dealers a range of automotive experience, along with thoughtful insight and in-depth research relating to site selection and the acquisition and disposition of land, including facility leasing and redevelopment. His clients include new car dealers and independents in Dallas-Fort Worth, along with others statewide.
Bill also advises investors on related asset classes, including investment and income producing properties. Bill previously owned and managed automobile dealerships in the Dallas-Fort Worth market, and he showcases his automotive expertise by offering intelligent and creative solutions to his clients, which include auto dealers, developers and investors. He offers specialized knowledge in dealership facilities adaptive re-use and redevelopment, including leasing and business expansion. Bill has a proven history of identifying client objectives, setting aggressive goals and defining direction, which allows him and his clients to perform and achieve at the highest level.
