Dan Spika, SIOR, serves as Division Head of the Industrial Division for Henry S. Miller Brokerage, one of the largest independent full service commercial real estate firms in Texas. Our corporate office is based in Dallas and Regional offices are located in Houston, Austin, San Antonio and El Paso-New Mexico. Established in 1914 by Henry S. Miller Sr., it is one of the most respected companies in Texas with a reputation for service and integrity.

Professional History

Prior to Real Estate, Mr. Spika was a Delta Airline Customer Service Agent. He has had his Texas Real Estate Broker license since 1989, and has been a Top Ten Producer of all brokers at Henry S. Miller since 1995. Mr. Spika has also been on the Chairman's Council since 1996. Mr. Spika specializes in sales and leasing of office and industrial properties representing buyers and sellers, depending on customers needs. He is also proficient in investment sales of income properties and has extensive experience in land sales as well. Clients know Mr. Spika to be honest, persistent, and knowledgeable.

Personal Information

Originally from Wisconsin, Mr. Spika has been in Texas since 1965. He has been married to his wife Jacqueline since 1991. Their two children, Daniel and Ava, both attend John Paul II Catholic High School in Plano, TX. In his spare time, Mr. Spika enjoys physical fitness, lousy golf, and traveling.
