Professional Information

Sean Lockovich is an associate in the Retail Division of Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC. He focuses on retail and restaurant tenant representation, project leasing and investment sales. Sean has a strong background in the restaurant industry having worked in corporate offices and with franchisees for more than 15 years.

Professional History

Prior to joining Henry S. Miller, Sean worked for Jack in the Box for eight years and Church’s Chicken for two years. At the time, 80 percent of Jack in the Box restaurants were franchised and 20 percent were corporate owned, offering Sean the opportunity to work with both on marketing, operations and new site evaluation. He covered large and small markets throughout Texas, and was also part of a team conducting market evaluation and site selection for expansion into parts of Oklahoma, Kansas, Ohio and Colorado.

For Church’s Chicken, Sean worked with franchisees in Texas and throughout the Midwest to open new locations and develop strategies in different markets.

Personal Information

Mr. Lockovich is originally from Pittsburgh, PA and moved to Dallas in 2007. He has a Masters Degree in Business/Marketing from the University of Phoenix and earned a Certificate in Professional Business Development from Cornell University.

When Sean isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Ashley, son, Oliver, and two dogs, a Miniature Goldendoodle and a Morkie. Sean has long been an avid Steelers fan and is now a Mavs enthusiast, too.
