Nancy Halliday represents the Office and Industrial division of Henry S. Miller in the marketing, leasing and sales brokerage of land, commercial and industrial properties focusing primarily in the Dallas – Ft. Worth Mid Cities area west of the DFW Airport. Nancy has a strong history of success in the mid-cities and is a genuine advocate of small business and the entrepreneur.  She’s worked with many business owners, and local developers and builders, on numerous transactions and is considered to be a preeminent agent in the mid-cities. Due to her experience and knowledge of the area Nancy is often asked to assist the HEB Independent School District on real estate matters and has interacted with the City of Euless on special projects.

Professional History

Preparing for a career in journalism, Nancy attended Strayer Business College in Washington, D.C. and later George Washington University before relocating with her family to Hawaii. There, working in advertising with the Hawaii Sun Press, Nancy developed a widely accepted style for real estate listings including direct mail publications on behalf of leading Hawaii Realtors, Mike McCormack and Aaron Chaney. Ms. Halliday continued to produce publicity for local advertising agencies which led to her appointment to manage and lease Eaton Square Shopping Center, one of the prime retail / office developments in Honolulu.  After five years at Eaton Square, Nancy joined Commercial Realtor Monroe & Friedlander in office leasing and progressed to being one of the foremost agents within the financial district of Honolulu representing many of the top local and national firms including American Airlines. Relocating with her family in 1988 to Dallas, Nancy was immediately engrossed in office, industrial and warehouse leasing in the mid-cities area around Euless as an independent agent under the brokerage of Don Plunk.  This has continued for several years until her association with the Henry S. Miller Co. under the brokerage of HSM Dalcon, Inc.
