Professional Information

Mike Bristol is Vice President of the Investments • Land Division of Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC.  In that capacity, Mike provides a full range of advisory and brokerage services for investors, lenders and property owners.   Mike holds a BBA and a MBA, both from Southern Methodist University.    He utilizes his 30 years of experience on behalf of his clients in a number of ways such as strategic management of client accounts, investment sales, transaction management, site selection, acquisitions, and tenant representation. Mike’s experience includes all product types such as land, retail, apartments, warehouses, office buildings and hotels.   He has a particular expertise with operating business assets including convenience stores, hotels & apartments.  Mike is also a distressed asset specialist, and has executed hundreds of transactions of distressed assets (REO, Notes & assets in BK) representing all sides of the transaction.

Professional History

Mike spent 15 years with the Trammell Crow Company and CBRE.   He created and executed the north Texas strategic acquisition plan on behalf of Exxon and represented other companies such as Home Depot, Academy Sports, Baylor Health and Albertsons.   He was a Dallas Business Journal Heavy Hitter, he is Co-Chairman of SMU Phi Delta Theta Chapter Advisory Board and a member of the board of the SMU Wesley Foundation.  He joined Henry S Miller Brokerage in March 2015.
