David Wallace is a retail specialist in the Dallas-Fort Worth Retail Division. Wallace specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial retail properties and the representation of retail tenants. Wallace’s skill, talent, experience and resources coupled with his attention to detail and excellent customer service provide real results for his clients.
David Wallace brings with him more than 15 years of retail real estate experience. Prior to joining Henry S. Miller, Wallace was a broker with The S.F. Waranch Company where he specialized in the leasing and sales of retail properties. Before Waranch, David was the owner of BACKRITE, a spin-off that he formed with the owner of the BUSY BODY retail chain. As owner of BACKRITE, Wallace was in charge of the company’s corporate marketing, buying, hiring and training of sales staff and corporate financials. Wallace provides a unique understanding of the retail real estate transaction, as he has played a role on both sides of the deal.
