Professional Information

Jeff McKenney is the Executive Vice President of HSM Dalcon Inc., the residential development group of Henry S. Miller Companies. Jeff will be responsible for residential land development throughout North Texas, the State of Texas and surrounding states. Jeff specializes in land acquisition, planning, infrastructure build-out, lot development, development management, marketing and sales of properties and projects.

Professional History

Prior to joining Henry S. Miller, Jeff was a Transaction Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle Americas in Dallas where he managed land for multiple states on the BNSF Railway Company account. Jeff was also the Director of Land Development at Prime Income Asset Management. Jeff offers years of expert knowledge in the development of large properties and master planned, multi-million dollar communities. His experience in transactions for dispositions, leases, permits, easements and spur tracks is an added value to the services that HSM Dalcon Inc. offers their clients. Jeff received his Bachelor of Science in International Trade from the Texas Tech University.
