Prior to his promotion to Chief Financial Officer, Robert served as Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer of the Henry S. Miller Companies, a group of diversified real estate companies. He earned Bachelor and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of North Texas and is a Certified Public Accountant. He has had over twenty five years experience in financial management including approximately five years with a big five accounting firm. Robert has had extensive experience as controller of an independent oil and gas exploration company and in management of the financial reporting, international accounting and internal auditing departments of a large integrated oil and gas firm. In his capacity as Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer, he was responsible for financial and income tax accounting and reporting, banking relationships and cash management for a variety of real estate related activities including country clubs, real estate brokerage, mortgage banking, property management and real estate development.
